Traveling to Pangandaran is not only the beach and the sea, there are many alternative tourist attractions that you can visit. One of them is the hills in the North which have superior tourist destinations.
Just mention Santirah, Batu Lumpang, Jojogan and many terraced rice fields there. Although not as popular as Tegalalang, but this one terracing rice field is no less beautiful than the one in Ubud, Bali.
Located at the foot of the green hills north of Pangandaran beach, this terraced rice field presents a direct view of the Indian Ocean. From here you can see Pangandaran city flanked by two beaches, namely the West coast and the East coast.
Access to the area has also been comfortable and not too difficult. It can be accessed by motorized vehicles.
To reach this location, you have to walk about 15 minutes past the residents’ plantation, the road is slightly uphill. However, when you arrive at the location, you will be presented with an extraordinary view that might only be in Pangandaran.
The location of this terracing rice field is in Mount Suhur, Pagergunung Village, Pangandaran, West Java. Besides enjoying the natural scenery, you can also taste local cuisine, while sipping warm coffee. Delicious! (bas)
