The Patimban Port Project in Subang, West Java is targeted for completion in December 2019. Currently the progress reaches 13%.
“(Development of Patimban Port) is now 13% progress,” said Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi during a working visit to the Patimban Port project area, Subang, West Java, Wednesday (01/09/2019).
The construction of Phase I ports is expected to be completed in December 2019. Construction of Phase I is the car terminal.
“Yes, the car terminal first. (Completed) in December,” he said.
Budi Karya explained, currently the development phase includes the construction of reclamation, docks, breakwater, and trestle pier.
“Construction, one reclamation, the second is the pier, the third is trestle, the fourth is the breakwater,” he said.
According to him, so far there are no obstacles in port construction. In terms of coordination with the regional government (Pemda) it also went well.
“With the Regional Government there is no problem. The local government has finished everything, all permits have been completed,” he added. (dna / dna)
